I'm very pleased with all the services I have had at Quys. From the exceptional pedicures I get from Dawn to the facial from Quy, and the numerous times I've had my hair done with their top notch staff. Every experience has been pleasant and professionally rendered. And, in such a warm and friendly atmosphere, too. You walk into a calm and peaceful place; relaxing music, a soothing Asian decor, and a cell-phone free zone that allows for a peaceful retreat for all. I like that each time you go, you are warmly greeted by name, and offered a beverage, as a friend would do. My frequent outing is for pedicures, and Dawn gives the best I have ever had anywhere, along with being such a lovely and friendly lady. Because I am a nurse (LPN), I am ever conscious of hygiene and sanitation and sterilization procedures. Five Stars to Quys salon for cleanliness. You never put your feet into anything but a totally freshly sanitized basin. All implements are either sterilized or sanitized, or disposable. No exceptions to the meticulous attention to these details keep me coming back to Quys. Highly recommend this top notch salon, their above and beyond services and warm and professional staff. I love, Love, LOVE Quy's Salon and Spa! From the moment I first entered, I was made to feel at home - indeed, a part of the family. The staff is always cheery, welcoming and professional and go above and beyond to make your experience an exceptional one. In particular, I always look forward to the manicures I receive on a regular basis. The resident nail technician does a superb job and I've received scores of compliments. She's also a caring and sunny individual and a delight to spend time with. My hair stylist is a delightful person who also happens to be an expert in color, cut and the latest styling techniques. Each visit is a soothing, pleasurable escape from the stresses of everyday life. Quy herself is a wonderful woman and a compassionate community leader. Saying 'we're all in this together', she rolled back her prices last year to ensure her clientele could continue to receive the professional care we've come to depend upon. Hurray for Quy's, her marvelous staff and the fabulous services they all provide. I will continue to recommend you to my friends and family and wish you continued success!

Well, I disagree with the first writer. I had the most invigorating experience at Quy's. All of the staff was friendly and professional. About 4 people asked if, I needed a drink. The manicurist I had did an exceptional job, and as I recall she does have 5 kids. She made my experience a marvelous one. I went in the dumps, but I came a new woman. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful experience I had at Quy"s Salon & Spa.

I went a couple of weeks ago to get my nails (a pedicure actually) done and was sorely disappointed in the person doing my feet. She was constantly complaining of how poor she was, couldn't feed her 5 kids and even asked me if I was hiring! I was appalled by the lack of class the girl showed. I was there to be pampered and this is what I had to hear? Thanks but no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere if they think this kind of behaviour is permissible.

I would like to personally assure anyone reading the complaint posted on this web site that we take such comments very seriously. The kind of behavior she describes is not acceptable to me, should not have happened, and I am taking every step I can to make sure nothing like this happens again. The relationship we have with clients is something we value, so I hope the person writting the comment will contact me.We want to make sure everyone who come to Quy's Salon and Spa has a wonderful experience.So if you do encountera problem - big or small-please let me or my spa coordinator know right away.
